Action: Reduce the amount of steam sprayed on the core paper.

Measures: Reduce the amount of glue on one-sided cardboard or one of them under the premise of ensuring good adhesion and no warping; the humidity of the core paper roll is too high, reduce the amount of steam spray or turn off the spray device or replace the core paper paper roll.

7. Reason: The tension of the upper and lower conveyor belts of the double-sided machine is uneven (oblique corrugation).

Action: Keep the conveyor speed consistent.

8. Reason: low flat, flattened corrugated.
